Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mafia game service and related websites or applications operated by TexiroLabs ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Game Rules & Fair Play
You agree to follow the rules of the game as presented in the application and any moderator instructions. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized automation, colluding outside permitted channels, or harassing other players is prohibited. We may restrict or terminate access for violations.
Account & Registration
Where registration or sign-in is offered, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
User Conduct
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, to scrape or overload our systems without permission, or to infringe others' rights. Content you submit must not be defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable as we may reasonably determine.
Intellectual Property
The service, including software, branding, graphics, text, and narration features, is owned by TexiroLabs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TexiroLabs and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars (USD) or the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these terms or harms the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, discontinue use of the service.
